HOW DO I JOIN & IS ID REQUIRED?

This is one of our most FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) Simply fill out our registration form and login to the site. All members must be at least 19 years or over.

 

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE PURCHASES?

Users who are at least 19 years of age and live in Canada are qualified to purchase marijuana through our service.

 

WHERE IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

If you don't yet see your tracking information updated for your order, chances are either we're  still waiting on receipt of payment, or we're just backed up and haven't processed your order yet. Usually we process orders ASAP unless your order was made PASS 3pm Pacific central time, in that case your order will be processed the next business day.

 

HOW SAFE IS IT?

We comprehend the requirements of therapeutic patients that may experience difficulty obtaining their product from a dispensary for any number of reasons and trust they shouldn’t be compelled to need to purchase unlawfully in the city. WHY DO WE USE PROTONMAIL FOR OUR EMAIL ADDRESS?

We use Protonmail to communicate with our customers and to accept Etransfers as it is a secure and encrypted service that insure the privacy and security of our members.

 

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS?

Once your order is made, we ensure that the product meets our high standards. We’ll mail your product in discrete packaging to ensure the order makes it to your door without getting any unneeded glances. We vacuum seal the product to hide the smell and keep it fresh.

Can I mix and match my order?

Yes you can mix and match your orders, just make an order number by choosing a product, then leave us a note along with your order indicating which products you would like to mix and match with your order. We are currently working on a mix and match pricing option, and a members points option.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Shipment time comes down to where you are in Canada. Usually, packages will arrive at your door within two to three business days. Any orders placed after 3 pm Pacific Central will be shipped the following business day.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

No, we do not ship out of Canada at this time and currently have no plans to ship elsewhere in the future.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can only pay by either E-Trasfer or CryptoCurrency.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

If your tracking is stuck in transit for a long period of time, please contact us.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE BUT IT SAYS DELIVERED?

There is nothing we can do as we cannot identify whether or not if you have actually received your products.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IN A LARGER QUANTITY THEN ON THE SITE?

SHIPPING TO NUNAVUT, NORTHERN QUEBEC, & NEWFOUNDLAND?

Unfortunately, we experience much higher % of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec and Nunavut. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.
